FIRST APPOINTMENT
During your first visit your chiropractor will carry out an initial consultation to determine how best to help you. This includes details of your symptoms, medical history, lifestyle and any necessary neurological and orthopaedic tests and initial treatment. Your chiropractor will talk you through this process and any relevant findings. This can take up to 90 minutes.
FOLLOW UP APPOINTMENTS
Follow-up appointments can last up to 40 minutes and the number of appointments required will depend on your individual condition. Your chiropractor will discuss your progress and recommend relevant exercise or lifestyle changes. Generally, between 3-6 appointments is advisable.
All appointments are carried out fully clothed so please wear loose fitting, comfortable clothing wherever possible to enable us to carry out treatment.
MAINTENANCE AND REGULAR CHIROPRACTIC
Your chiropractor will advise you of the benefits of regular chiropractic care after the initial condition has been resolved, this is to help your body maintain optimum function and to reduce the chance of any recurrence. This is typically between 2-6 month intervals depending on the individual’s needs.

Payment can be made by cash, debit or credit card. Should you need to cancel an appointment please contact us by phone or text at least 24 hours in advance or you may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of your appointment price.
